@@firstchoicetuber3757 Actually I was gone insane 7 years ago, then Psychiatrist diagnosed me with anxiety and acute psychosis and then it became severe and I was hospitalized and I don't have any memory of those 1-2 months when I was in hospital and diagnosed with schizophrenia. I was under heavy medication for 1 year then Psychiatrist reduced the doses. I took medicines for approx 3 years. Then I stopped taking medicines because my weight had increased heavily. Everything was going normal just little depression. But my sleep time reduced over years. And in 2022 I was doing more physical activities like going gym and doing exercises and hadn't slept for like 3-4 days and it affected me adversely and I was having same illusions and hallucinations. I went to Psychiatrist and they gave me some medicines. I took the medicines and became normal in 2-3 days. I took medicines for 2 months. I haven't gone to meet Psychiatrist after that. So I am not taking any medicines currently (since one year). I find difficulty in sleeping but no other issues. So there are chances of return of schizophrenia if you are having bad lifestyle and high stress.

First improve his/her cognitive skills, then slowly guide the patient in doing daily tasks and gradually set financial goals. Don't simply go for opening a shop or providing a job. If family has a business, then patient can be guided to do simple works at shop/factory.
