Thank you so much for this video! It just fits for today's mood. I have to set up a boundary for NO - I found out that I have been misled on purpose at work, so I a gathering strength for tomorrow´s boundary set-up conversation with my boss. Thank you very much for this!

That was Fab! Sometimes the hardest person to set boundaries with is myself. I struggle with touching my chin to the ground.

Yes, we do need to help people. That is a foundation of humanity. Helping others. However, yes there are boundaries that need to be set. It protects you and the other person too. I think what you mentioned is most important though... recharging. I have ran myself ragged. Learned working hard to help others is good but recharging is Paramount.

Another lovely flow, thank you, Emily! My shoulders are feeling it, but it’s worth it to try a new sort of practice 💪. Loved the knees-chest-chin “push ups” - lots of 🔥 in those shoulders! I have mild rotator cuff pain in my right shoulder, so I try to strengthen the muscle in that area, and now I have a go-to shoulder practice. Boundaries are a tricky idea for me - I think I naturally have healthy ones, so it’s not something I put a lot of effort into defining 🤷♀️. Thanks for sharing the amazing content! Namaste 🙏

181021 Wow! That knees, chin shoulder push up was interesting. Helped me to identify an area that needs some love, it was hard to push myself back up. Thank you! I liked it! Namaste.
