Funny thing is I learned how to do this before I learned how to king pigeon. But I guess this really helped me get my backbends prepared enough for that pose. Btw I love your humor and style, 🤣I hope to meet you one day, ty again and namaste. 🙏

I realise that Handstand, front split, all types of backbending like Dancer pose, King pigeon pose, backbend split all are required So that I'm working on those first..

hi elba. :) everything takes time and practice. i make these videos in a few minutes, but some of the skills took me years to master. stick with it and it gets easier! when you say you are afraid, remember this...when standing up from a backbend, as long as your arms stay straight and next to your ears, they will always catch you if maintain the bend, but you don't make it all the way. they have no choice. or...use someone to spot you and help you get a feel for it for a while and then try it on your own. :)

+avtorable best to start with the first exercise or two and don't move on if it gets scary. you can also have a professional yoga instructor spot you on the parts that are scary.

Shana Mam I achieve front walkover so that I achieve Front handspring, but I am still struggling with back walkover 😐😐😐😐, for this macaco , back handspring these skills are locked

Mam I have a question. I can Do Now Handstand to Backbend without wall, but When I fall into backbend I see , Distance between Hand and leg should me lesser , how to fix it?
