Hey y’all! Today’s video is a 25 MINUTE ANXIETY RELIEF PRACTICE. As we begin to enter the colder months & shorter days, stress, anxiety, & depression can easily sink in, & take ahold of your body & mind. It’s important to stay active & utilize any coping skills you may have to keep stress & anxiety in check. I like to make these videos because yoga has helped me to deal with my anxiety disorder over the past few years, especially this past year where I’ve experienced my anxiety at it’s worst. In addition to other coping skills, yoga & breath work has helped me to be able to manage a little bit better than I was before. Trying your best to keep your body moving can sometimes help you from falling into a slump. It can be hard to get motivated when you’re dealing with disorders & emotions, but try your best & be sure to seek help if you’re not feeling like yourself.
