I went with my gut instinct and chose your video. It helped me more than I thought I needed. I started off anxious and left calm, tears running down my cheeks. This was everything I needed to get rid of things I've been holding onto for far too long. Thank you for being you ❤️

I was so tense and my heart was racing at the start of the meditation. It felt as though I could feel it beating out of my chest. By the middle of the meditation, my body felt SO relaxed that I fell asleep (which has never happened) Thank you for this meditation. ❤

i am riddled with a variety of mental illness and i find strength through meditation and yoga, if it weren’t for your channel i feel i’d be far behind in my journey to re-find my identity between the disorders, thank you for caring enough about people to create these videos

Your voice is wonderfully soothing. Whenever I’m unable to sleep, I play the meditation for Anxiety and Stress thru my headphones. By the end of it, I have fallen asleep and feel more relaxed when I wake up! It settles my racing heart! God bless you!🙏🏾

Thank you Jessica ~ this meditation helps me a lot. I finally got off the Paxil I was on for 24 years, 6 days ago was my last day. Now I can truly heal. Purging out the toxin and focusing on rebalancing the brain. Today I feel like crying and very tingly inside. This is very hard but I can do it. Oh my god I feel so relaxed and at peace now. I have been experiencing tension on the left side of my head and it has been always difficult to release it. After your meditation I feel so light and relaxed, and your comment about stress and anxiety being feelings that can be released has enlightened me. They are not who we are, therefore we have the power to be free from them. Thank you 🌟

Amazing! I had a heart procedure done last year. I have been struggling with fear, doubt, and anxiety. I know with God and meditation I can get past my worries and live a happy life again!

A truly excellent guided meditation that effectively induced deep relaxation. The calming narration melted away tension, leaving me in a blissfully serene state by the end. Highly recommended for cultivating tranquility.

12:10 i felt ready to just breath / meditate without any more guidance (talking). thank you. hoping you’ll do more perhaps 10 minutes to start us into relaxation then just the music ? the music and your voice took me there. thank you. i can also just pause it 😊

I was a ball of tears when you said " turn your attention to your body and notice how you feel physically And however you are feeling now is okay". I am sure my body needed that release. Since the starting of the year it's been so stressful..there's not a single day I was not overthinking....today finally after so many days I felt a little bit calmer....and happy...and even for some time I was able to let go of those negative thoughts....thank you
