Back pain can be all consuming - if you are experience tightness or pain in your back, this video might just be what you need. In this video we move through some gentle stretches to ease tightness and pain. As with any pain in the body, it is always strongly advised to seek medical attention and to get clearance before attempting any classes or stretches.
There are many more stretches you can do to ease your back but this is a great start. This video targets your glutes, hip flexors and hamstrings as well as your back as often back pain is caused from other areas in your body.

Please do them frequently - I could see this week how sore your back was. Keep trying to get some relief through stretching ❣️❤️❣️
