Hi Karen, I had to rewatch this workout as it was from 4 years ago, LOL. There are no specific back exercises in this workout (an oversight for sure!) however your back muscles should have been working through the arm exercises to help stabilize your body. Not quite the same so I will probably need to redo this workout. Thank you for your comment and for your positivity.

@@BmoreFitness thanks for responding! I am still enjoying this workout. It's helping me get back into working out after a broken wrist. I esp. like the squats and lunges because I need to strengthen my quads. I just add some back and chest in. I'll check out your other work outs too.

I do have a strong core from years of dance and now workouts like Pilates. The wonderful thing about Pilates is that almost everybody (and every body) can do it.

Good sore I hope xxx Pilates is amazing. You don’t always feel how hard you are working at the time but your deepest muscles (often ones you don’t usually workout) get targeted.

Good advice. My left side is supple and goes almost flat but my right side is a problem. Is there any reason for that? ♥️🌹♥️

It is very normal for our bodies to have different levels of flexibility, strength, balance etc on each side however if the difference is very noticeable there could be a skeletal misalignment. I am not a medical professional and therefore if you suspect that this may be the case, you could consider visiting a chiropractor. Hip misalignment is very common and can cause tightness not just in your hips but your hamstrings, lower back, glutes and other areas. There are also other things you can do in your daily life to help your hips stay as even as possible - things like not favoring a leg to stand on, refraining from crossing your legs when seated or sitting in a mermaid position.

Please do them frequently - I could see this week how sore your back was. Keep trying to get some relief through stretching ❣️❤️❣️

Really helping me with my balance. Even tried in the shower, but soon realised it wasn’t such a good idea just yet … 😳🥺😵‍💫 You’ve given me lots of tips to work on and I have started working on them. Thank you. You’re always such an amazing inspiration. ♥️🌹♥️

It’s wonderful that you are working on your balance but the shower is not a good idea. Remember safety over anything else. Stay on a firm surface and also have something stable to hold onto as I mention in the video. Good luck xxx

This was a beautifu, l beautiful day. Yesterdays 7/6 body works was unbealivable, outdoors and the watter running in the back. It was so beautiful. and this zumba wow. try it. Thank you so much

I do 30 min Body works, but can not work on the mat. I do 30min Zumba after. it feels good.

That sounds like a great workout Armen. The Bodyworks we did this week was a barre class and only the last 10 mins is on the floor - I sent you the video earlier this week. Did you do it?

Thank you for this short but comprehensive workout. You managed to coved all joins (head to feet), different planes (front, back, side and twisting) in 23 min. I appreciate that it included the wrists and the shoulder stretch. And all these are done outdoor with greenery in the background which is so lovely and rare. Thank you!
