Kai bar hum you tube pr exercise dekhe krte hai to uske bich bich me bate hi jyada hoti hai.aur hum exercise krte vakt ruk jate hai.lekin ap bolte bolte vo exercise continue krte hai,vo flow rhta hai aur muje ye bhut bhut acha lga...apka flow bilkul nhi tuta.thanks di❤🎉 keep it up ❤

Hi ma'am. Could you please add a gentle light music like flute or something in background.so that it sounds more interesting because the vedio is long.......In the beginning and at the end also. Otherwise best vedio i have ever seen on the youTube. ❤
