Got neck pain? Or a stiff neck from working at a desk for hours on end? Or perhaps you’ve got a pinched nerve, or sightly pulled a muscle during a fitness class or a night of heavy partying? Well never fear, today’s yoga class I will teach you my top 5 stiff neck exercises that you can add into your weekly yoga routine, the best part is these yoga asanas can be done from anywhere plus this yoga video is only 15 minutes long - short, simple, and effective!
Together let's stop those neck spasms, reduce neck pain, which will, in turn, reduce shoulder pain, relieve headaches and help with stress and anxiety, wear whatever you like, and practice where ever you are.
