I did yoga with you and Cole and I must say, whenever I want to relax or stretch something, but really really get into it, I chose Yoga TX because you guys guide sooo well. Thank you! I must lift up my very heavy baby so it took some toll on me. Namaste! Looking forward to stretch with you again :)

Jen, thank you so much for offering up your expertise. I had back surgery 3 years ago and am now just getting to where I can do yoga to relieve the tightness and bad posture my back leaned as a guarding mechanism. You have helped me SO much!

Good morning!! I loved his quick and easy beginners one. I have been having extreme pain in my neck back and shoulders and I just don't want to do anything lately Bc it all hurts but after this I feel energized and much less pain. ❤️

Thanks Jen! love your videos and this came just at the right time! I've been having neck issues relating to migraines and I feel much better after doing this - I was starting to feel a migraine in my neck and eye, but afterwards that pain had disappeared.

This was great, did it last night. Will do it again today. I have serious back issues right in the bra strap area. This helps, but if you could do something focused on that area, it would be great.
