I have some back shoulder pain and stiff neck for quite a few days. Can i do this upa yoga exercise to relieve the pain and stiffness in these regions?

I had coughing with first set and the last one made me dizzy and I had to lay down so that my head stop spinning .. anyone else as well ?

Me too I feel dizzy. Then I make a break sit down to stabilise. And also my head gets like hot

​@@inesshafkuloska3303 I can totally relate. On the fourth exercise, my head and ears felt like a steaming locomotive. I had this 'What's happening?' moment 😅😅 It's fascinating how gentle movements of yoga can have such an impact 🙏

yes this happens to everyone at starting because their are energy in our body that flow in bad directions but when you keep doing these , you will find find better results

@@ramkrishna648 No. if you’re alert, you’ll increase in energy. This is meant to be done several times throughout the day …. Somewhere along the line, your awareness is lacking. That’s a great possibility. Just realize you’re not doing the practice properly yet.
