Thank you so much for this lovely and calming sequence. I especially enjoyed the lotus flower mudra flow.

This is a Godsend for us writers, musicians, artists! Thank you. Very meditative and more deeply relaxing than I would have thought. Definitely saving to my favorites. Blessings.

I was just thinking, as a violinist and music teacher, that this is a very useful exercise (and as you said very relaxing). We do so much to try to keep our necks, shoulders, backs, and arms limber, but little attention is paid to the hands & fingers usually.

This along with other yoga exercises helped me a lot. Even expensive doctors cannot tell you what exercises to do and how in such depth. Thanks a lot

This is universal also for us yoga teachers working with children and young people who need to experience the blossom within themselves and the beautiful meadows they create together. And you deliver so subtle and calm. Sat Nam and thank you, so much!
