If I recall correctly, the support that once existed for acupuncture is now considered to be based on poor studies. On the contrary, all the good studies show no benefit whatsoever compared to placebo.

That laser was super loud ans you were speaking very quietly. Sl I couldn't ever find a good volume where I could hear what you were saying without the loud lasers messing with the ASMR. Might it be possible to position a mic closer to your mouth during that section, or like a lapel mic? I think that could make it even better!🤞🏼😁
