To my knowledge I noticed such trulkhor practices kept very secret. If rinpoche could clarify if it’s ok to demonstrate such practices to public. No hard feelings whatsoever. But it would help clear my doubt if u can pls clarify this.

In the past it was very secret, but prophesies have said, and many great Lamas agree, that the time for these yogas to be taught broadly has arrived. So, have no doubt.

Milarepa said that enlightenment is placed between one and incoming thought. Every day average Westman has aprox. 40.000 thoughts . So 40 years or 40 kilos dont have to be excuse to no using 40.000 chances for enlightenment every single day.! Good luck !:) .....
