This episode was so good! I'm having wrist surgery, so I would love to add those seated and supine arm balances to my practice--a great way to strengthen the core but also prepare me for arm balances while I'm taking a break from wrist extension.

Thank you!!! Always enjoy hearing /seeing your perspectives in sequencing. Very helpful. This ties so perfectly in with what I'm teaching now and I can't wait to share with students. Thank you!!!

The beautiful thing about the seated bakasana versions is that they give students ( and this teacher!) ways to strengthen the core AND approach postures that may be slightly out of reach at the present moment.🙂It has been very helpful for me personally.

So simple yet so effective! I used a number of your variations in Sun Salutes - my students love it. Building core strengthening into vinyasa flows adds a new dimension. Thank You.

Thank you. I have practiced YOGA ONLINE with LAURA BURKHART, she is AMAZING & her YOGA PRACTICES are AWESOME. I do lots of CORE yoga poses, but to be honest sphInx isnt 1 of my fav yoga pose but I DO IT with INTEGRITY. I have a question.... Can I be a YOGA INSTRUCTOR without necessarily being a teacher?!? Thank you so much again. These videos are HELPING me a lot. I have saved the whole PLAYLIST for me to study while Im still in BRAZIL & preparing myself for a YOGA CLASS in a YOGA STUDIO in the FUTURE & PASS on my exams. God bless you. NAMASTE.

Another great tutorial! Thanks. Love the info regarding strengthening the back body diagonally it sent me down a research rabbit hole hahah. Such intelligent movement and clear teachings. Thank you

When performing reclined crow pose in your classes, you remind students to try and keep both shoulders off the ground no matter which side you're twisting to. I find this "small" detail adds another level of strengthening. Amazing what a fraction of an inch in a pose can do!

love a sphinx roll up and it is also part of modern pilates, in fact you can enjoy the diagonal energy in the forearm plank too - quite an interesting challenge to elongate right arm and left leg while Smiling through your Forearm Plank 😊
