I acquired a yoga wheel just to try out your flows using it. Phew!! It was different and kicked my butt in new ways but I see myself getting better and better over time in my body and my mind so I know one day I’ll conquer the yoga wheel and make it look easy like you do!! 💜

I get light headed when I'm leaning my head back . Is there an alternative or technique to lessen that effect?

I wish i knew!😞😞 I highly recommend just avoiding that movement/position and bringing it up to your doctor as to get to the bottom of why exactly you're feeling light headed.

Wow this really was a workout but it wasnt a bad one it was amazing a lil sweat which doesn't hurt we need that too. Overall, I felt great after ✨️ ☮️🧿🪬

I just got one of these Chirp Wheels and it seems effective. While I can do the exercises you start at about the 4 minute mark, I am definitely not able to do the exercise you open the video with. Any tips on working toward that with the wheel?

Incredible! If being crossed legged is too intense try it in a child’s pose position(on your knees) if in any position you can’t get your forehead to the floor you’ll wanna place something under the forehead for safe support and height so it doesn’t add any unnecessary strain to your shoulders. So what you can do is stack some blocks or books and lower as needed each practice. Other than that because this pose targets the shoulders and chest, you can practice puppy pose. Same thing if the forehead doesn’t touch the mat/floor place a block or books under the forehead. Slow and steady wins the race 🙏🏼😊❤️
