This is a 35 minute yoga workout class aimed to strengthen and to stretch your body. This is a perfect routine to wakeup to, or to practice at anytime in the day.
You'll learn to properly align your body to make sure you using the right muscles in the poses to prevent injury or strain.
This is an awesome morning workout you can do to start your day right with a combination of exercises to help pump blood though the body, to move fluid, and warm up the joints along with strengthening exercises for the core, arms, hips, glutes, legs, chest, upper back, and shoulders.
Focus your mind, restore health and balance to your body and spirit.

Hi Tim, this video has been my go-to for years now! I have tried many others when I get a bit tired of the same over again, but then I always lose the habit of practicing daily and I circle back to this one. As you say, it’s a well-rounded practice 😊

Coool at 5 am I wake up, have a coffee, and take a nice big ol poop. Always a perfect morning this way. Oh, and I sometimes do yoga afterwards

Really nice flow, sneaks up on the core towards the end then winds down feeling relaxed but energetic. Props to your crew too, great production quality outside. Appreciate your lessons, Tim.

Hey Tim I have been using your videos to practice at home now for a couple of months. I became a dad about 16 months ago and finding time to get to the yoga studio became impossible. My wife suggested I try your videos instead. Thanks for making it possible and enjoyable to restart my practice. Today and the past several days I have been practicing from my hotel room in Saigon. ;) Normally I practice from my living room in Charlotte, NC.

Appreciating more of the gentler flow work. Similar to the Beginning Vinyasa video where you were nursing an injury (shoulder/wrist) and worked on movement of the thoracic spine. After dancing and teaching dance all day I appreciate seated/floor practices more. : ) Thanks Tim

I really enjoy the outdoor videos. The birdsong (and did I hear wind chimes?) easily make up for the occasional construction or airplane noise. That, plus the pace and content make this among my top 3 favorites of Tim's videos.

hi there. its been a week that I've been surfing and looking for yoga videos here in youtube that fits my age and inflexibility. hehe. then i stumbled on yours. i did not practice immediately though. for 3 days i just watched and watched and prepare my mind that I can do it. it looks easy to see though. this morning, finally i tried doing it. and it was not easy. i am practicing in our living room with AC but am sweating all over my body. cant believe it. the relief and level of decompression i felt is beyond what I expected. thank you so much. and your voice is very soothing and calming. and being very good looking too is a big plus. hehehe. anyway, your work is marvelous.

Today I thought I might check in on a random video of yours, and as usuall, I was amazed. Re-ignited an old lower back injury a few days ago doing an intense hip opener yoga class so have been unable to practice for the last six days. This gentle class was just what I needed to ease me back in again. Still have some pain but the stretching has helped immensely. Thank you Tim.

I work from home often and have been really sedentary/stagnant lately. I took a half hour break to do this in the middle of my day today and now I feel so refreshed; a nice all-rounder restorative practice. Thanks Tim!

Dear Tim, I practice your yoga routines on my balcony that gives me a stunning view of Freetown, the capital of Sierra Leone. The sound of the tropical birds mixes with the 'rookoo' of the pidgeon in your video and provides a soothing soundscape. You have no idea how much your yoga practice helps me in maintaining order in my chaotic life. Your guidance is excellent and I feel myself getting stronger and more flexible every day (mentally and physically). Out of all the online yoga practices, yours is the only one I have ever posted a comment on. You make my daily practice enjoyable and satiating. Wow...that is one tough yoga session. I faultered a couple of times lol, but managed to get through it...I'm a newbie yogi, only been practising for a year...I loved this session. Will take me a while to do it smoothly with the breath though. Namaste x

Great practice, thanks Tim! I hope you're recovering from that slam. I find myself having to practice without putting pressure on my arms occasionally as well, for the same reason. But skating, in my case rollerblading, is it's own special practice and meditation I can never give up.

This was a great gentle flow, thank you Tim I actually prefer the videos that are shorter in length, they are easier to fit into busy schedules Please keep doing those too! Especially with core focus Thanks again, you are a wonderful instructor

Loved this. as ive been focusing mostly on a healthy posture this past winter not going into deep with stretching all over. i found this video nicely well rounded for getting back into yoga and finding some rountine for the spring/summer :)
