My hamstring are getting less stiff but I had some problems with the balance when doing the leg stretched out and oppisite arm to the ceiling. Guess I have to practice that one more. 🤗

Ya I too had the problem with balance .I tried twice but it was not that perfect.

You need to keep practising regularly to get better everyday also our intention is to do the yoga based on our body capacity and not on perfection 😊🙏 your postures will get perfect with time

Di I have been following you since 3-4 yrs. Your sessions are good and have helped me a lot. But while I was practicing Day 8 balancing exercise, something went and caused me wrist injury.
