day 3/3 for the AM running a bit late for todays routine but i showed up formyself and warmed up. I will either practice this tonight or do day 3 tomorrow. It's so interesting allowing myself to warm up a lone. its like your voice is in my head counting with me, but its a bit easier to get distracted. but i did practice today and i am grateful for at least trying!

Wonderful session mam. I feel so nice after the session.. First i did your beginners series last two months.. Now i started your intermediate session.. I can feel the difference... My body has improved a lot... Its able to cope up with the poses 90percent. Thank you so much mam😍

Amazing!!Thank you. I noticed a difference between 2 sides when putting elbows down during 90 degree leg and the other extended in plank-like mode. On one side one of my elbows could go down, but not on the other. Any tips for that? 🙏🏽🔥💕💕

One side of the body will have slightly different feel than the other side bcz of our body imbalance which is common for every one so don’t worry much about what you can not do just focus and continue to do what you are able to do comfortably… eventually you can see the difference 😊🙏
