I completed the entire series!....and yes I see the difference...I clubbed this series with other cardio workouts...and now my leg muscles are a lil tight and yeah ..belly fat has reduced a bit...the meditation is the highlight..thanks for this amazing series..looking forward for more!!💕

Happy that I completed this series by adding more of warm up and pranayama. Feels good and energetic. Please come up with more series for Intermediate level. After doing such series I dont feel like doing the other series for beginners as I find it very slow. Thanks for the series.

Hello end yes steel here.I catch a cold end so I stop yoga for 1 week.Start again 4 days before whit stretches for beginners (something happen with video because first I can see it today when I what do yoga can not see video 🤗on the page is right because is not good my account 🤗Maybe you now what is happening?)
