Yogalates With Rashmi the one where your big toe and hand meet and then you bend over standing, similarly for sitting down. The tall and flat jalebi😅. With due respect it is the Ardha Baddha Padmottanasana.🙏🏽

So many awesome poses. I still have quite a ways to go to get to the same flexibility levels you had like being able to wrap your arm around your bent leg. Either way, this worked up quite a sweat andi am feeling nice and limber. Thanks a lot for this amazing workout !

Hello''I have been regularly following your channel and have really felt the change when i follow the exercise you do for us to do. Need guidance on how to manage my knee pain as when I was doing warm up post the cat stretch one, I feel my knees are too much stressed up on the knees grounded.
