Self-Realization Fellowship monk Brother Prafullananda shares wisdom from Paramahansa Yogananda about the astral world that lies behind the physical cosmos - and how we can expand our consciousness and as souls regain our native state of pure joy, ever one with the Divine.
Saints of all spiritual paths have lifted their consciousness into the realms beyond the physical - and have come back to explain that the purpose of life is to evolve our consciousness to higher and higher states.
The great ones show us how - by the practice of meditation - we can travel the same path of enlightenment they have followed.
