Mujhe depression h aur anxiety meri 1 year se medicine chal rahi h... medicine se mujhe Aaram mil jata h but chhodne pr symptoms vapas aa jate h....maine kabhi bhi Yoga nahi kiya but ab apke bataye gaye yoga ko follow kr raha hu aur Aaram bhi mil raha h...... 🙏🙏🙏

Apko Yoga rojana karna chahiye dawai ek samay ke baad kaam karna band kar deti hai. fir high dose lena padta hai jo or nuksaan pahuchati hai. depression mai samay lagta hai thik hone mai all the best

Main jo bhi kam karta hu usme man nahi lagata aur sab kuch chhod du isa lagata hai .Kabhi kabhi bahar ghumane par ghabrahat mahasus hoti hai main free joyful nahi ghumta bar bar ghabarahat mahasus hoti hai

Thanks ,for sharing with us teaching Yoga and breathing exercise. I asked earlier that i m doing deep breathing thre times for 20 , minutes and you said it's very good, and i got amazing and unbelievable effects after 4-5 days i m 64 had knee pain and body's pain , my pain where it has gone no idea ,m very very happy and got realif in knee pain also now can you please tell me can I increase deap breathing for 30 minutes , morning evening and night' i do anulom vilom also , waiting for your reply.🥰🥰🤗🤗

Meri jindagi to depression ke karan khatam hi hone wali thi. Roj roj ke zgde ko lekar humne talak le liya. Lekin job aur wife in dono ke tension me mai depression me chala gaya tha. Kahi bhi mera man nahi lgta tha akela mehsoos krta tha khudko. Hasna to bhul hi gaya tha. Smj nahi aa raha tha kaise jindagi ki shuruwat pehle se kru. Ye meri halt mere dost se nahi dekhi gai. usne muze branocon syrup aur assicon syrup iske bare me bataya. Mai to itni buri halt me tha ki usne muze uske hatho se ye syrup pilaya continue. ᵃᵏ ded mahine baad mai khudko free mehsoos krne laga. Tab maine usase pucha ki ye medicine tune kaha se search kiya tha. To usne bataya ki ye usne amazone se purchase kiya tha aur ye depression ke liye best medicine hai. Thanks bro agar tune muze branocon syrup aur assicon syrup ke bare me na bataya hota to mai aaj hota bhi ya nahi.,usko maine 6 mahine continue liya ab mera sara medicine bnd hai. Ab soch raha hu ki nayi shadi krlu.|
