That one line that you said. "You can leave all your worries,anxiety helplessness onto the mat, this is a safe place." How true is this.. Never ever thought a safe place can be an inanimate object as well. And the kind of relief that it provides cant be explained in words. Hi Satvic Yoga team, kind request to please make this video in English or at least provide English subtitles. My teenage daughter in college suffers from anxiety and she can't understand Hindi. She is very much interested in yoga, and I can't recommend this video to help her as both audio and subtitles are in Hindi. A wider population with anxiety issues can benefit from this video if you could make it in English or add English subtitles. Looking forward to our request being fulfilled. Thank you in advance. 🙏

मैं आपकी शुक्रगुजार हूं,🙏❣️ मै अपनी feelings से लड़ने लगी थी कुछ भी सोचती ही बस खुदको परेशान करती क्योंकि tension कि वजह से मै बहुत ज्यादा over thinking करने लगी थी वो भी बाते सोच लेना जैसी मैना कभी थी और ना मै वर्तमान में किसी के साथ कर रही थी मैंने सद्गुरु और satik भोजन को follow किया उनकी बाते मुझे अच्छी लगती लेकिन अपने माहौल के साथ में वो करने में असमर्थ थी इस कारण मैं और भी ज्यादा असहाय महसूस करने लगी लेकिनजल जब से मैंने आपके साथ योगा करना शुरु किया हैं मैं ज्या जैसा हो जाना चाहती थी उससे भी बेहतर होगर ई टू दू हॅ मतलब कि मेरे विचार मुझे मिल गये और इसके साथ ही ऐसे गुण भी आ गये जो पहले नही थे मुझमें और जो मेरा जीवन सरल कररहे है।

Mai bhi daily yoga karna chahta hu . Agar aap koi सुझाव dena chahe toh please batayiye. Ki mujhe aapna daily routine kaisa rakhna chahiye. Aor aapne apne stress ko kaise thik kiya

Anxiety, ghabrahat, baichaini, bhid me Jane se dar, hat pair hilne lagte hai, heart bit badh Jana, jhagde se dar, aur nind acchi nahi aana ye sab problem tha preshan ho gai, ye sab mansik tanav ke karn ye problem huwa aisa doctor bole Bahut dawa khaya ji per kuch aaram nahi phir ASSICON SYRUP AUR BRANOCON SYRUP 5_6 mahine khaya sahi me Bahut Aaram mila Khafhi effective dawa hai ***

Maine rat ko ye video dekha tha. Mai roj yoga class karti hu aaj miss hua to maine Ghar pe ye video dekhkar Kiya to bahot accha feel hua aur time ka bhi pata nahi chala. Radhika mam bahut acchi tarah se sikhate ho aap. Thank u so much ❤❤
