Thanks a ton Dear Neelam for this effective excercise, knew about Ashwini Mudra & Mool bandh and had heard about the keegel excercise but the way you explained the history of keegel is much appreciated... After a certain age , while coughing and sneezing a little urine get passed which is very uncomfortable but this excercise helps in curing and reversing the problem... Thanks once again dear one for guiding so many of us out their to live a healthy lifestyle by following yogic exercises... God Bless... 💞💞🙂

Ma'am namaskar I had got my ileostomy reversal surgery on Dec now I'm suffering from j pouch prolapse same as rectum prolapse can I do kegels exercise.even Dr is suggesting me to do so. Hope you would reply me soon
