Thank you so much for this video. I’ve had my Yoga wheel a few years now, but I’ve never used it until last night. I used it with your video and it helped me to sleep so much better. I just watched the video again tonight before heading to bed and did the exercises as my pain was so much less today and I didn’t wake up with as much soreness as before ❤😊

I've had my yoga wheel forever but always forget about it... now for 2 years I've been experiencing chronic body pain (I am seeing doctors but no diagnosis yet) and lately it's been so bad and tonight I was suddenly wondering whether back exercises w the wheel could possibly relief some of the pain. That's how i just came across your video. Thank you so much for this, it's short so it can easily be implemented into my daily routine but can also be extended as needed. It also just made me aware of how stiff certain parts of my body have become and where the pain mostly sits, so maybe through this practice I'll be able to work on some of those areas. I'll defo come back to this video!

I'm really stiff. For example, I can never touch my toes when I bent. I bought a wheel hoping to stretch bit by bit but most of the beginners videos/tutorials are just still hard for my low flexibility.. this is real nice. Thank you and hope to have more

I have trouble with the rolling of the back laying with the back on the wheel. I am afraid to pull a muscle in the lower area. I think its because of lack of belly muscle and old trauma in the back but it feels very unsafe. First try today. First steps back to strengthening my body and mind. Havent done yoga in probably 10 months.

Good observation about yourself! Sometimes when we come back to yoga or try something new for the first time, our brain will need a little time to trust that we're actually safe. Feel free to keep your seat on the floor and experiment with tiny little movements to start out, and then see if after a bit you can hover just an inch or so above the mat. Over time, your brain will build some confidence and start to let you go. I hope that helps!

It can definitely take some getting used to! Don't hesitate to lay a blanket on top of it to soften the experience a bit to start out :-)
