Just wanted to tell u in 2018 ur yoga saved me from back injury..now i m back to you for my knee issues...ur practices has saved me..coz damn u r so particular about the minutest details of how the body shld feel in a particular pose. I dare anyone who says yoga is just stretching to try this class! I just came back last week from 6 months off from all exercise and this was challenging-I loved it :)

@@vickimc7322 The hip operation was a year ago. I still can't do a complete Salute to the Sun, but what little bit of yoga I manage to accomplish is enjoyable nonetheless and makes me feel better.

I do notice that the pace of your class is gentler than a lot of other yoga teachers on youtube and I do appreciate the sense of being able to breathe into poses. I feel it helps me get stronger. I remember that you occasionally used to have Jacob Manning over - I quite enjoyed his classes as well. A big thank you to Brigette and Isabella for the demonstrations. Namaste

Tim and company, I loved this "short, strong, sweaty, well rounded" experience. It was nice to have example students who also needed some correction. When you have perfect students (other professionals with social media followings) it's hard for me to see what I am doing wrong. Your voice instructions are really helpful, but having students who need correction in the same way I do is awesome. You wouldn't want a 60 year old white guy with tight hamstrings in one of your videos would you, Tim? I am rested and ready.

Very inspiring well balanced and in a positive way exhausting flow! I have found for me that to really feel this effect, I definitely need a standing pose in a flow, and that's great that one is included here!

I have done a lot of KZbin yoga these last two years and I have to say that this practice is like none I have ever done. I love the cues that you give. “Loosen your inner ears” and “tighten your outside butt” these are things that truly make all of the difference and most instructors overlook the need for. Thank you so much for taking the time to make this video, you have a subscriber for life!

Yesssssss. Love this flow @YogaWithTim. The format is perfect in my opinion. In fact, every class you do is always perfect IMO. Enjoyed the class as always. Whenever you say ‘go to downward dog or take a vinyasa’ I never hear the option- I am already in downward dog. I guess my body will take the vinyasa option when I am ready. Namaste!

Due to ankle injury I cannot do yoga or any exercise that implies the use of the ankle too, but I am still on the floor, moving my upper body while watching this video and listening to Tim's voice. Thank you. 🙏🧘‍♀️🤗🇷🇴
