Hey Tim, I just completed the 2024 30-day challenge. Today I went back to this class (it was at the top of my feed). It’s a very good but highlighted how much you’ve grown in the past two years especially with your breath work. I enjoy being on this journey with you as you grow and deepen in your practice. My rib cage flares out on one side because I have spent years not fully exhaling. So now I have times during the day when I consciously exhale until I feel my diaphragm engage, hold, and inhale. It has helped my ribs to come back in line, and I recommend it to everyone! The inhale takes no effort, it's the exhale that does all the work. Thanks for making me work my body so now I can focus on working my brain!

Hey Tim, yes it would be great to learn how to effectively use bands and rings (currently have both) to complement yoga practice. I’ve played with it but haven’t developed a consistent program to incorporate with my yoga practice. Appreciate all you do.

I loved the balancing in this one! At 63 I feel that balance will be an important part of my well being. You rock Tim as always. Since I quit the gym, I have purchased many items for my home workouts, one being a suspension trainer to hook on the door. I would love a TRX class!

My first time to join your class. This was a lovely flow. My mind was completely still and I could feel the energy rising throughout the practice. I also loved some new transitions and tips to longer the spine and so forth. The idea of a knee at my back doing warrior 1 was as mindblower. Doing yoga for continuously for 6 years and such a small thing! Thank you and namaste!🙏🏻can’t wait to do your other classes to..😊

Hi Tim, For your strength course, body weight would be wonderful, but if needed I have dumbbells and a resistance band. Using the resistance band in the door jam is difficult with my home layout; I normally have to skip those exercises. So if we could use the resistance band some other way, that’d be great! Also, perhaps you could show one version using resistance bands (if that’s how you end up structuring your course) and then a body weight version without any equipment (if possible). Thanks for all your hard work! It’s much appreciated! 🤓

Hi Tim, thank you for your amazing work and your generosity offering these classes. I've been doing yoga with you for over 5 years, on and off. I know this class, like many others are meant to be short but if we could stay longer in the first down facing dog, as is the first one, the body is starting to warm up, legs aren't fully stretched, etc, would be wonderful. That's my little contribution, thank you 😊

Hi, Ana Clara. When you’re warming up you want to move quicker through the poses, once you’re warmed up then you want to hold longer and really get deeper into the stretches : )

A great energizing class for a Monday. You can always find ways to challenge and stretch different muscle groups. Someday my hip flexors will also release. Always so tight.
