I was looking for a short workout and stumbled on this. I thought it was going to be a lot easier than it was. Do you down a Red bull before you started? The pace was rough on me, must be getting old. Thanks Tim, and Happy New Year. I haven't committed to the 30-day challenge yet, not sure if I'm up for it.

Thank you, Jordan and Tim! I was putting off doing this practice because I thought it would be too challenging, but I was wrong. It was just right. It was different from Bikram I did once in the past where the pace was really fast and I couldn't keep up. This pace was good for me, even with all the transitions from knees to shavasana. It was different from Tim's daily practices but it was a pleasant change. I feel very warm and open now that it's finished. Namaste and happy New Year (almost).

i´m back again Tim! We took a live class in 2019 in LA and that was fantastic! But in recent years we´ve done other training but now I have to pick yogawithTim up again because it´s so good! Live in Norway!

5:30 On The first time when I tried this one, I felt tremendous amount of tension at the base of my neck. However, after holding the stretch, my neck felt better and I could feel that some occult tension around my spine and arms had melted away. Later, after reading about it, I came to know about the 'Brachial plexus' and the 'Nerve flossing exercises'. Now this stretch is my go to. A dynamic variation of this stretch feels even better on some days (especially during winter).
