I’m a long time hiker. Blew my knee out , also twisted my back resulting in excruciating lumbar and SI pain. Waiting for a knee replacement almost terrified to walk . After doing this practice consistently for about 4 weeks, I finally had the courage to get out and walk 30 minutes at a time. I’ve felt little shifts and improvement one day, next day awful. Now I’m finally feeling a big improvement in discomfort. Almost none at all. Thank you so much for this gentle yoga persuasion. It’s damn good medicine. I’ve always done things hard including some yoga, (except for yin!) 😊 thank you thankyou !

Thank you Tim. Yeah it made me feel fluid. It feels like I'm ready to dance while cooking breakfast 😅. Much ❤ and appreciation. Enjoy Bali.

Thank you for this clear, concise, very helpful video. I hate videos with long minutes of saying why to do the exercises, while you search for when the actual exercises begin. I'm battling pain in my groin and hip, but my knees definitely need this strengthening too. Thanks so much.

So Tim, this has been by far my favorite class from you. I like that you strayed from some of the poses and sequencing that you have throughout your videos. Great as they are, this more playful arrangement really hit me in a whole new direction. Love the variation here, great job. Sometimes the sequences come together from a particular alignment and frequency that really caters to the right audience.

Hi Tim, firstly thanks for making such great videos! My mother has slipped discs and is currently recovering from them, and I wanted to check if this video would be helpful for her when she’s up and about again. Her slipped discs are L4, L5, L5-S1 - do these exercises target the pain in these areas? And do you recommend that recommend that the pain is gone before she starts them? Her back and neck are very delicate and one wrong move can leave her bed bound for weeks, even when she seems to be recovered. I’d really like for her to be mobile and strong again so would really appreciate your reply. Thanks again and have a great day!
