Your sequences are always so innovative, dynamic, healing. Love this cervical release practice. However, I came to realize that my neck/cervical pain is triggered by the jaw and face muscles. Is there any chance you can create a practice focused at this area of the body? That would be amazing. As always, I am more than greatful for you sharing your knowledge and wisdom to support us on our journey to find well-being and healing.

What a brilliant idea! Thank you for this invaluable feedback. I would love to create a sequence to release the tension in the jaw and facial area as this part of the body stress a lot of unresolved anger and aggression.
