This soft and gentle “flow” with take you through hip and quad openers to release pent-up tension, and wind you down through inversions and forward bends to chill you out and tune you in.

Nice practice I tried to follow at my own because I am not too flexible sometimes I got confused which side I had to twist on hehehe, thanks for sharing, namaste.

Dear Jose, Thanks for commenting. I promise to specify the side alternation in the next videos, so no one gets confused. I know how it feels, as you look at the screen you sometimes lose a sense of direction and sides. Something for me to work on. A humble thank you and Namaste!

hi, I have a terribly oily skin right now and if it's hormonal, which yoga poses should I do ? I saw some of your videos on hormones but they are too difficult for me to follow as a whole sequence. Can you tell me which specific poses would be helpful for my concern ? Please help. Thanks.

Dear Rome, Thanks for reaching out. The best poses to do in order to regulate the endocrine system are: child's pose, bridge, fish, shoulder stand, plow, camel, bow pose, headstand or rabbit variations, any seated or reclining twists that you like especially with meridian crossing (oppositional binds). Focus on inversions to stimulate the hypothalamus, and on twists to squeeze the adrenals and the pancreatic glands. I suggest you give our last hormonal balancing routine a shot. It is called Happy hormones, I believe and it should be more user-friendly that the rest. Yes, the oily skin could be a reaction of hormones that are out of synch. And hormonal poses will regulate the glandular secretion and restore the healthy glow of your skin. Good luck!

Dear Regina, Thanks so noticing that the level did not correspond to the routine. I will make sure to fix that in future sequences. You can try out relaxing out "Zen out", as well as many other Yogea relaxing and pacifying routines. I am sure some of them would satisfy your level needs. Thanks again and Namaste!
