One day I hope you can make a video for those of us- who have deep trauma - caused by abuse -suffering - dangerous situations that cause trauma. Not asking for a cure, but a way to remove trauma that lives in the cells, deep inside us. At least to a certain degree/percent.

Thank you sincerely for this request. I will process it for you in the most sacred and heartfelt way. It is such an important class and it will lend to an incredible sequence of healing wounds and trauma from dangerous situations and being able to turn every challenge into a stepping stone for deeper growth. Does this release trigger points? I hear conflicting opinions on whether yoga can relieve trigger points. Most people think trigger points can only be released by massage or trigger point therapy.

Dear Fred, This routine integrates reflexology and yoga and the locks and innovative asana stimulate the trigger points. You can stimulate trigger points but inserting body parts into main energy junctions and meridians. The binds and yogic locks within the poses act like such catalysts in this particular sequence. And in general yoga poses promote glandular secretion. Coupled with special locks and binds they forge cross-latteall brain integration and trigger certain reflexology points to elicit healing. And yes, you are correct usually trigger points are activated through massage, but when sequenced properly yoga asana can act as massage agents as well. It is the time of fusion so we will be experiencing more integration like this. Namaste!

@@YogeaArtFlowYoga Thank you so much for your reply. You say "yoga asana can act as massage agents as well", Does that mean you are saying yoga asana can fully relieve trigger points? Also I'm interested to find out your opinion on vertebral subluxations and whether yoga asana can get rid of subluxations in the body or is a chiropractor always needed to perform the necessary spinal adjustments? (Chiropractors believe yoga can't get rid of them, I've asked a few of them, but would like to get second opinions from people outside their own profession to try and avoid bias).
