This breed was bred specifically to fight packs of wolves. Long thick coat for armor, big head and strong jaws for obvious reasons and intense loyalty to it's pack, ESPECIALLY puppies/small humans. If your little boy and your dog were home alone, this big Shepard would protect him with his life.

I have a nine week old Caucasian puppy, still a bit bitey but learning, not chasing the cats as much and our ten year old akita/lab mix taught him to potty, he knows his name, can sit on command and intelligent as hell. Using treats to train him makes him learn extra quick. He is getting big real quick. A loveable ball of fluff.

@@branjosnow6244 thank you ! There’s much more videos of my dog next to my husband like the one of them on the couch together that shows his size better …bigger than my husband lol….standing well over 6ft tall on hind legs..somewhere around 200 lbs needs updated weight, 33 inch neck, 33 inch at withers …close to 7ft long nose to tip of tail. and all around big boned can’t touch my hand together when I hug him from behind lol ..and even bigger looking in person ..very hard to show his true size on camera but for reference he’s about the size of a panda bear.

my girl is half Caucasian, half Turkish Kangal and gigantic at 150 lbs. we got lucky and she got the kangal coat (short tri layer hair). super friendly but can tell good from bad in people and acts accordingly. shes never heard us say an unkind word, and her punishments are redirection based, never negative. SUPER intelligent and very very vocal. zero tolerance for coyotes or stray dogs even when in heat. (we live rural, she has no mercy or fear). strangely enough she has six toes on every paw, and she hikes her leg to pee like a male. lol

What difficulties did you have while raising a Caucasian Shepherd? I want one, but I've heard they aren't good for new owners.
@yogibearsmom38814 ай бұрын
@@darthnox2210 they absolutely are not good for new owners, and not good for most people in general . I help rehome them daily and they’re already a very rare breed that even most vets, trainers & groomers refuse to work with. They are extreme guard dogs that need a lot of training but not easy to train . Extremely powerful and independent feral like with strong instincts. I have videos talking about your question on here but mostly on my TikTok @yogibearsmom. I make lots of videos answering questions and also answer a lot of questions in the comment sections as well as writing PSA’s. I do the same thing on Facebook and instagram under the same username. I can come back to this comment when I have more time to reply to it though. ❤️

Animals prefer male leaders as men are more emotionally stable and this better leaders. Women are chemically different every day which makes them more emotionally unstable which is less optimal in a leader. There's a reason the phrase "a man's best friend" exists. It's not "a humans best friend" for a reason.
@yogibearsmom38814 ай бұрын
@@OriginalPuro that’s funny because I’m a female and I trained him, he is the first male Caucasian shepherd in the world to earn a trick title in a specific organization. This breed is not for most and known as one of the most difficult breeds to handle and train. He 100% is my best friend #awomansbestfriend
