really juicy one! This is really what I want now after yesterday's leg workout. This saves my legs, and I fall in love with your yoga for hip totally, peaceful and graceful one. Especially I feel satisfied while doing the pigeon with twist because I hear some creaks from my lower back, haha, feel some stress gone at that moment. :] thank you so much.

A little more vigorous than some of your other videos, but an excellent stretch as usual, Paula. Say, did you switch to a wide angle lens on that very last shot? Your room suddenly looks so big!

Great sequence!! Thanks so much!! I have a question, if posible, when doing the half hanuman, that variation flexing the foot to the sides, I feel the stretch more on the ankle and foot than on the leg/gluteus...Am I missing something? Thanks for your help! Namaste

Thank you! Can I ask you if your knee is slightly bent in the half-hanuman? You will probably feel it more in the lower part of the body if this is the case. I would recommend just keeping the foot straight rather than turning if it feels better and targets the glutes/hips better for you. Hope that helps :)

Hey Paula.. I really like to practice with you everyday. . But i still have difficulty doing many positions.. Especially with knees..I don't have flexibility to do the exact way you do it..will that cause me any harm ?

Hello! Thank you for your message - some of the positions in this practice are challenging. It can be helpful to try some of the practices in 'relax and unwind' playlist to learn some of the modifications if you need them. It's hard to say without exactly knowing what is happening with your knees - you can double up your mat or make sure you have some extra cushioning underneath to support you while you are practicing as well. I hope that helps and thanks for taking the time to practice. :)
