Madam , I fell asleep within few minutes of start of this video.wake upon end of video... Sometimes if i wake-up before the end of video, I feel restlessness. Please guide

We feel restless as during yog nidra our mind is at different level. if we wake up all of a sudden it takes time to come to normal. Keep practicing there is nothing to worry. Stay blessed

Yoga Nidra is an ancient practice originating in India. Its roots can be traced back to Sankhya philosophy (first written down around 700 BC but dating back to around 1000 BC through verbal teaching. Swami Satyananda Saraswati, the founder of the Bihar School of Yoga, created the modern relaxation technique Yoga Nidra in the early sixties.
