@lewis65906 жыл бұрын
Minor correction, they are not millenials, they are filthy entitled whiny millenials.
@MarioStar926 жыл бұрын
That maybe true, but the facts stands that they are technically millennials. P Flax is the only one I know who can call himself Gen X. And yes, most millennials are as you say in late 20s to mid 30s. So Sips wouldn't be the person in that category, but someone like Lewis is in his early to mid 30s. Also, I've looked online and I was getting different info on when a millennial starts. I get 1977, 1982 and 1980. So I'd went to what I have seen the most. But I do agree that 1980 is a good starting point where millennials start. (Side note, I'm considered Gen Z as I was born in the late 90s and currently in my early 20s)

Lots of places define the age range differently, so Sips could really be considered a gen X / millennial crossover. I was born in 1998, and to some that's still millennial, whereas to some it's gen Z, and my experience really reflects both

Sips is not a millennial by 1 year. The Silent Generation: Born 1918-1945 (grew up during WW2) Baby Boomers: Born 1946-1964 (resulted from the post-WW2 baby boom) Generation X: Born 1965-1980 (nothing of note, like nagging about youngsters) Millennials (gen Y): Born 1981-1994 (reached adulthood at the start of the second millennium(2000-2009) ad) Generation Z: Born 1995-? (nothing of note, unless if something big starts soon)
@deoncameron3336 жыл бұрын
Was "The Silent Generation" the same as "The Greatest Generation"? Why were they called "silent"? Never mind, I know how to Google :D I believe those born on the cusp of X to Millennial are also known as "The Oregon Trail" generation, and the secondary name for Y is generation "Why".
@bapo2246 жыл бұрын
Ben’s #8 Fan, The generation 'skipping' is due to some people getting kids around age 18 while others (like your grandparents and parents) had kids around age 30. Having kids at a late age is often the case with people that went to University since they don't want to have kids before they have a stable job.
@bapo2246 жыл бұрын
Deon Marianna most generations have multiple names, though afaik 'the silent generation' is the most used one. The reason for them being called silent is because people were usually very quiet and down after seeing the horrors of war up close leaving them with psychological ailments such as PTSD. Though I guess this is mostly the case for Europeans and East-Asians.
@bapo2246 жыл бұрын
>excuse me, but have you missed the widespread fringe political beliefs, traditionalism and religious upheaval, along with the criticism of shitty fads and trends that some Millennials love to hop on? Well the silent generation already took the name of 'traditionalists' and the rest isn't really generation defining. >We will be the generation that starts WW3, if it ever gets to that. Hence the "unless if something big starts soon"
@duckthrowingupgangsigns11706 жыл бұрын

It's probably not like you think. Initial employees don't even see anything personal, nor imagery.
