🙏, thank you di,aap bahut accha samjhati hai mujhe 1 ghante yoga videos search kar rahi hu , lekin ek bhi nahi mila aapka mila accha hai lekin 30 minutes ka hai, isme aur aasan aur pranayams add karke 1 ghante ka yoga video tayar kare

Koi bhi yog kariye lekin khaan paan pe dhyan dijiye. Paushtik khana bahut zaroori hai. Usse hi wajan badhega
