OliverObz Are you trolling? If so please ignore the following backlash, if not, take note. Lewis is not only one of the original founders of the Yogscast but the CEO. The Yogscast is a company and running a company alongside filming more videos than anyone else in the yogs is no easy feat. On top of that, he is friends with everyone in the yogscast so your personal feelings are not given a shit about because regardless of whether you want him there, they want him there. Granted even I don't enjoy him sometimes but have some fucking respect for the nerdy little Lebanese boy who went from rambling about a fridge tax with his ginger friend, to donating millions of dollars to charity every year.

Damn.. hearing the old intro music and the crackly mics, the old Minecraft look with that texture pack that started with a P, and most importantly, the mysteriousness of Tekkit in its first rendition. Oh, so many memories from 6th grade year. God, 6 years already since this series ended. I don't think the Yogscast has necessarily gone downhill, surprisingly; their viewing audience just got older, and they continued to make content for the kids, though we young adults are the only ones who get most of the jokes and references. ;)

I still watch them. They still make pretty good content, though I watch so many other channels these days that they aren't the priority, but I still enjoy the familiarity. Idea: The storyline is this: Tekkit -> Yoglabs -> SOI I'm pretty sure quite a few of you know about the presumed connection between YogLabs and SOI. I theorize that Tekkit was the very beginning where the idea of building a factory initiated Lewis' insanity, thus leading - at the end - into him having the ability to do almost whatever he wanted, so then his goal became making sure him and Simon could live forever. This leads to Yoglabs, where Lewis is trying to create the perfect version of Simon over the progression of the series. We get a couple hints throughout that it's related, such as the Israphel/Lewis character in the YogDonald's episode, and a few more. The bacteria mod is most likely what Israphel used to turn the world in that area to sand, and *MAYBE* one version (clone) of Lewis ended up becoming what is now considered Israphel EDIT: It should also be assumed there a quite a few years between Tekkit and Yoglabs, enough for Lewis to recruit some villagers and start a science facility lmao

Myself? I honestly cannot remember, it has to have been at least seven to eight years ago. I heard about it through my youngest brother and then say his friend playing Minecraft and wanted to playing it myself. I think some time after that I stumbled upon their videos through one of my brothers, they were watching a vlog video, I've tried finding it myself just now but I couldn't. They went somewhere I think it was an event and Simon opened his suitcase and it had a couple tubes of Jaffa cakes that is all I can remember from one of the videos. I think from that point on the first video I watched was one of their adventure map videos and from then on I've watched their videos till now. Although I don't watched their videos nearly as often as I find their newer stuff their uploading is boring, referring to all the GTA videos among others. Though I watch the vlog style videos and the Jingle Jam every year. I'm not including the old vlog video as the first video I had ever watched because while technically it was the first video of theirs I had seen it was only maybe a minute at the most, where as I watched a full twenty minute adventure map video.

This absolutely gem is 4 years old. Every 4/5 months I keep coming back and watching the entire thing in one go. This and the moon quest. Pure nostalgia every time.

@@atrumluminarium There is a very large difference between abusing your popularity to talk to girls and literally raping someone. Not condoning his actions at all, but to say its "close enough" to literal rape is irresponsible.

I remember watching KZbin for the very first time as a little kid and finding the Shadow of Israphel series, a little while later I came back and found the factory series. This was such a big part of my childhood and got me hooked on Minecraft when it was barely a game

Ever since the beginning of their SoI series, this will always bring back fond memories of the great time I've enjoyed as a child. Given all that has gone on, this series and the other minecraft series were a fun ride. I'll come back to this every now and then and remember all the grateful content they gave us!
@raafmaat6 жыл бұрын
Much thanks for this, if you feel like doing more of these, I would really like to see one for SOI, moonquest, blast-off, Whale Lords, Voltz .... hmmm just do one for each of their series please :P

Don't forget the series before SOI, the very first Minecraft series. Absolute classic.

Skullman, the series you mean is actually SOI season 1 ;) then they did adventure island wich is season 2, then the rest of SOI wich is season 3.

I can’t begin to imagine how hard this must have been but my god it’s worth it! I feel like I literally just rewatched the series without missing a thing! Congrats on such a great montage! Can I be really cheeky and ask for something like this for Moon, Mars and Jaffa quest please?? Honestly loved the video, such nostalgia and felt like I didn’t miss a moment of the series!

@@mannmctrash What shitty things, we've never been told what they've done, only that they don't want to be part of yogscast. You'd think if it was shittier than cheating on your wife we would have known when it happened. There was that asshole who sexually assaulted people too, so if it was worse than that we wouldve have known.
