Great tutorial and demonstration. This is really powerful when you think of it. I want to make an "air-mouse".

Hi! I am planning to do object detection using RaspberryPi + YOLO . I only need it to detect a specific object (for example it should just detect if there is a camera in sight) . Will the Raspberry Pi 5 be able to handle it well in your opinion? What do you suggest? Thank you!

Yolo Object detection runs off the Coco dataset, which is a set list of things that it can recognise. The problem is that it isn't trained on cameras. So if you can find a custom trained model to detect cameras, you could use that model. But we can also use YOLO World, its an object detection model that looks for what you describe it, and it does a pretty good job detecting cameras from our testing. We set it up and use it in the second half of this video; kzbin.info/www/bejne/jnysnpKIlNd8m7M Best of luck!

Big KZbin doesn't want you to see this video! On a serious note KZbin can be very strange sometimes 😕.

@@Core-ElectronicsI've noticed some major discrepancies in their analytics, but this is broken. I still can't get your feed. Tried cleaning the cache, re-subscribing, etc. Sorry for the bad news.
