Im going to do the same thing. Ive eaten like this before and lost 20 in less than a month. I don't know why i went back to my regular diet and gained it back,, but I'm going vegan again because I liked the way i looked and felt. Anything to eat fruit to curb your sweet tooth, instead of processed sugar along with dairy and fat, will help you loose weight. My 70 year old mom is vegan now and she looks amazing.

Dont eat sweets during weight loss is the trick, and practice portion control when you do. 3 oz portions of sweets. People below attribute veganism to weight loss--- not exactly true, you'll notice the root support for weight loss is way way fewer sweets, and way less carbs.. and portion control.

I have a machine like that, the ice cream doesn't come out that "creamy". If the fruit is very frozen like ice, the ice cream comes out as if the fruit were "crushed ice". But I discovered a trick to make the ice cream creamier: I cut the fruit into small pieces and don't let it freeze completely. I freeze it only half-frozen, and it's still a little malleable, and I mix natural yogurt, to make it more "creamy".

@@jujitsujew23 the " flask bottom" is an interesting way to say that with most blenders there is open space under the blade where un- blended ingredients get stuck and you have to keep stopping to churn the stuck ingredients back up into the mix to get everything to a similar consistency. The way this machine is built is much more convenient than a traditional blender
