@@ok2094 Champs like Akali and Irelia can have 48% winrate and still be considered broken, because they're popular but hard to use. Yone can have a 48% wr and still be broken because his kit itself is so broken and braindead even a newborn baby could do well with him. Winrate doesn't indicate anything. A champion can still be broken with a low winrate simply because of the way their kit works.
