Seungmin does not need to lose weight. For puffy face and to lose baby fat eat less carbs especially noodles and sugar. Eat more protein, healthy fats, veggies like greens and seaweed. Check out Dr. Berg videos about keto.

And anyone that knows a bit of singing techniques knows the impact Eunkwang had on Seungmin in Kingdom and he has since grown as a singer even more! It's nice to know he still thinks about those times and it gives him strength to get back on track when he's in a slump, that's literally huge and priceless. Even as a Melody, knowing my fav had such an impact for a great singer to still mention the help he got from him, makes me proud for the calibre of a singer as well as the human Eunkwang is!
