The fact that subsequent Presidents can actually get convicted in South Korea speaks volumes about its democracy level. Try convicting any former Indian PM or President. Its almost impossible. Even Trump managed to be convicted after already being President.

A stupid argument. Convicting all former presidents means a culture of political persecution. "Once the opposition gets to power, you'll be convicted." That is not a sign of a healthy democracy where political persecution is encouraged. Secondly, many Indian netas have been convicted like Lalu Yadav, even Prime Minister PV Narasimha Rao was convicted. So, their democracy isn't that great what you are trying to portray.
