Thank You Doctor Gupta. As a person who is living with heart failure following a moderate cardiac event, I sincerely appreciate your excellent tutorial videos. I find them highly informative and of great benefit to understanding my condition, and the reports of my various cardiac tests. In my opinion, you represent the gold standard to which other cardiologist should aspire. Your selfless gift of time, effort and knowledge to our benefit speaks volumes of your humanity. Be heartened by the thousands of us that appreciate your efforts, and not disheartened by the few that may have moved on.

Thank you Dr. for your explanation of an echocardiogram report. I had mine today and was sent the results. Your presentation brought me much peace about the results. I have a heart cath scheduled in 2 days. They say I am probably a candidate for a stent or 2. My heart “function” is good according to all the tests done so far. At 71 I’m surmising I have CAD but we will see. Chest discomfort and running out of breath or becoming temporarily exhausted with mild to medium exertion. Failed my stress test. Target HR was 129bpm, I achieved that in less than 3 minutes!

Thank you Dr. Gupta ! I live with Chronic A-fib , and Low blood pressure ,oh and congestive heart failure.(no I'm not over weight , under weight ) My poor Dr. has a time trying to manage triple digit heart rate , that is accompanied by low ( sometimes very low ) Just had a echo , so great to hear your explanation of terms . My Dr. is good about explaining things , but I've never had such a great explanations ! Oh and in the other video you talked about mitral valve prolapse. So great , I've listened to so many of your " lectures" . I was a health care worker , in home Elder care . So some things I understood. You are just an Amazing teacher ! Again , thank you .

November 21/21 Absolutely excellent, thank you. I recently (not yet a week) had an echo done. My doctor (GP) is (like all doctors) busy and simply told me, "your echo is normal". I didn't know if he meant it was "good enough" or did he mean "healthy"? I still had concerns and questions. You've helped ease my mind and answer the concerns I had. This means you've actually been part of my treatment. Again, my thanks.

Thank you so much for taking the time to make these videos Dr. Gupta.I have A-Fib and take Metoprolol for it. I am on 200 mg. tabs a day. Sometimes I get very short of breath when walking for awhile and when lying down. I had a stent put into my R. Coronary artery in 2013. It was 90% blocked. Now I am feeling the same kind of shortness of breath with exertion.

Cardiac Asthma due to ASD My daughter was born with this not recognized until she was 21 years old! I knew her heart was causing her Severe Asthma. Pregnancy caused Developmental Delays in her Child. She had Air Hunger. Her labor stopped right before pushing her baby out. In the time it took to get the Pitocin started she was able to complete the delivery and her and infant survived! 😮 When postpartum wasn’t going usual I sent her to Asthma Dr. He did ECG findings ; sent to Cardiologist findings; ASD. Sent to Cardiologist Echo & TEE findings ASD. Open Heart Surgery patched the Huge size of a Silver Dollar hole with Surgical Grade Gortex. She’s now 42 years old, My Miracle Baby!
