I fitted a Yose Power electric bike conversion kit to my 25Yr old Raleigh bike. Suffered Covid along the way. This video is not meant as a Yose fitting guide.

I have fitted 3 of these yose power kits now. Two of them were 350w rear drive. The spokes came loose in the back wheel on the first ride. After they were trued by the bike shop, they have been perfect ever since. I fitted a 250w front hub yose power kit to my road bike. I've done 1000 miles in 5 weeks and its perfect. They are great kits for the money. Seem good quality.

Glad your feeling a litte better now Fred, I'm surprised you didn't fit the battery to the luggage carrier instead of drilling the frame for the battery mount. Came out looking really neat though

Hi. I was going to do that but after some research i found it puts too much weight on the rear wheel un balancing the bike for steering.

nice kit, my dad has a pre built e bike thing and the 1st time i had a go was strange when the power kicks in as you first move off lol but easy to get used to. now fit a antenna mirror mound to it and do some radio work :D

Glad you're well Fred. I noticed at around the 4.37 mark that in your shed is a telescope mount. What telescope do you have and do you use it? I have the Celestron Nexstar 130 SLT and use it for Astrophotography. It's so cool seeing stars millions of miles away and seeing the planets so close up and clear! 73's and clear skies!!

Good spot. Ive got a fair few. The mount is currently set up for a 80mm celestron apochromatic refractor. I was planning on checking out Jupiter this month.

Fred very nice conversion on that old bike. The torque arm is fine,and for 250 watts no problem at all.

If you mean the control panel ? Yes i think it slides out of the bracket. Not 100% though.
