Yosemite National Park - Eagle Peak & Yosemite Falls

In this 1st instalment from Yosemite National Park my friend Andy and I climb up from Camp 4 to Yosemite Falls. We then hike through 9 foot snow drifts to Eagle Peak and enjoy breathtaking views of Half Dome, El Capitan and the valley below.

Yours is one of the better videos of these trails to the top of Yosemite Falls and Eagle Peak. I've been going to Yosemite almost yearly since I was a kid and I've yet to hike those two trails. Gotta do it. Sorry you weren't able to make it all the way to El Cap.

Went there about 26 years ago on a flying visit. Fantastic place sat at the side of the river from the falls having a picnic. One day I will return.

Definitely, Yosemite has existed in that form for thousands of years and will continue to when the human race has gone. It's such a special place and I feel lucky to have been able to go

Great video! My family and I were in Yosemite last month (June). Glacier Point was open, so we drove up, then did a short hike to the top of Sentinel Dome for a 360° panoramic view. You are exactly right....Yosemite it is epic!

I love Yosemite, the whole national park is...epic! I've been in Spring, summer and early Autumn and would like to see it in winter. One year I will finally do the JMT...oh yes...definitely...

Hi Dean, Suggestion: U can still go up to Clouds Rest by going to the Mist Trail, but there may B 2 much snow to go all the way up the spine of Clouds Rest! Enjoy! Twin Dragon ☺️

We did a 2 week trip and spent 7 days in Yosemite. A few days in San Francisco and Santa Cruz either side

It was a pretty tough climb around the northern side of the hill with all that snow, really hard going. The final video in the serious where we walked Clouds Rest is coming soon... Now that was a beast of a climb :-)
