Glad you got to take in the scenery at the entrance overlook. Then swam in the Merced River, Ben -the river that assisted the glaciers in cutting out Yosemite Valley. As a drummer I got to play outdoor gigs in nearby Mariposa. We all stayed with a guitarist and his girlfriend and rehearsed in their cabin on 2 acres in the Sierra woods. He worked as a waiter in the restaurant at the main Yosemite Lodge (west entrance) and had a park pass and got us in for a day hike around half dome. Miss it alot. I need to hike the high elevations behind & above the valley one day.

Great video! My parents met 60 years ago on that large flat rock in the middle of the river you were diving off. I was lucky to spend weeks each summer in Yosemite and never get tired of being there.

Man wish you guys had a little more time to spend in Yosemite there so much to do there. Next time you go make sure to climb Half Dome, I had the opportunity in May of this year amazing experience 16 hour hike back and forth and as always amazing Vlog Ben.

Hey Ben it may help to change gears in the Jeep from D (drive) to 3rd or 2nd to help get up the steep roads. With the big tires and extra weight the Jeep is going to struggle maintaining the speed limit. Cheers!
