Would you know whether the Carreras are freewheel or cassette, as I would like to buy one yose power 350w kit. Also where did you buy yours from as I might get mine from Amazon, thanks for the advice ❤❤❤

Hello there. Could I have more details on what the exact model number/name of the bike is? Is this a road bike or a mountain bike or a hybrid bike? Can I also ask why you'd have a preference to get the kit via Amazon? Purchasing the kit via Yosepowers official website will guarantee the best price, most companies like to avoid Amazon for you and for them for products like this because Amazon does take fees from the transaction. Going through the official website will guarantee you the best price I can recommend that. www.yosepower.co.uk/?ref=khqfspcu

I am going to buy a refurbished Carrera from Halfords as they do bikes for cheap,it it likely to be a Carrera vengeance or hustle, if not it will be a hard tail Carrera mountain bike anyways so there should not be too much difference. Also Amazon reviews claim that the kit can be faulty do you think there is less chance of getting a faulty kit if you order it from the official website, many thanks ❤️❤️

Ah righto, that makes sense, I highly recommend getting a refurbished mountain bike from Halfords that's a good idea. Judging by these names and what I saw on the Halfords website both of these bikes seem to be Hardtail mountain bikes, which should allow for easy compatibility with one of those ebike conversion kits. Just make sure that you get the wheel size correct and check the dimensions in the dropouts of the Hardtail to be sure that it will fit. Judging via the photos online, I can see that it might be a cassette, but you will have to double-check in the store if it's a freewheel or cassette. Regarding the Amazon reviews, I have three kits from Yosepower official store, 2 of which we bought ourselves and have had no issues with them personally. The customer service has been really excellent so far, I asked them for a spare part on an item that I thought could be faulty, and they sent it to me right away. There is a 30-day return policy page over on their official UK website, I encourage you to have a look at that. I'm sure that they can help you if there could be an issue. But the official website has loads of fantastic reviews, I can vouch for them and I definitely highly recommend going through the official website. I will leave the link below to kit that I think should be compatible with the bike you're thinking to convert, again make sure the wheel size is correct and make sure that you find out whether it's a cassette or freewheel. www.yosepower.co.uk/products/36v350w-26-28-rear-e-bike-conversion-kit-for-cassette-with-36v13ah-hl1-battery?ref=khqfspcu&variant=43951256338652
