if i remember ,there is some fuckery happening on hte kirby stage that are somehow link to the eyes of the tree , and it was theorize that it could happen here as well but i'm very much not sure

might be a little late on this one but it’s a glitch with yoshi and kirby where if you have the yoshi copy ability , you can reposition yoshis tongue into looking like kirbys penis. its a little more complicated but you can watch a vid on it.
