Sweet build. I have a question and sorry if I missed it early on in the build. But why not go with a Saginaw box? Mounts further inboard and would keep your steering shaft out of the way of the shock tower. If I missed it my apologies. Sweet build and prayers for your bro. Love his content as well.

Pro tip use a hole saw that’s 1/16-1/8 bigger than your tube OD won’t leave burrs and gives a built in bevel for welding

Sick job looks stout man! Convenient use of the left over tube! Im curious if you have enough room under the hood to put the cross bar where the shock tabs meet in the center of the hoops for equal stress distribution? Maybe some trail gear tube clamps would give you more room? Thanks for posting.

Looks great but think it needs something towards the rear of the hoops the single bar looks off being that far forward………. Or maybe just add another tube with brackets to create a triangle from the bar to the rear of the hoop with the same type brackets to make it bolt on

Hey Austin, An Idea ...Before you trash your shock tower What about putting a piece of DOM pipe through the tower for the steering shaft, it will still be strong and should work a treat !!
